When will my order ship?
We make Mella in small batches rather than keeping large stock on hand, because the medical-grade manuka we use is sourced from New Zealand and takes time to bring in. Your order ships as soon as the current batch is ready. The moment it ships, your tracking will begin updating on its own.
My tracking number isn't updating. Is something wrong?
No. Your tracking number is created when you place your order, not when the package physically leaves us. So it may show as "shipped" or sit without movement for a little while before the batch goes out. As soon as your order is actually on its way, the tracking updates automatically. You don't need to do anything.
How long does delivery take once it ships?
Once your order leaves us, standard delivery takes 7-14 days. You'll have a tracking number that updates at each step along the way.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Just email us at mellaskin@outlook.com with the correct address and we'll update it for you.
